- If you cancel your reservation after 5pm 7 days before your planned visit, 30% of the course fee will be charged, and if you cancel after 5pm 3 days before, 100% will be charged.

For cancellations of 10 or more people, 50% of the course fee will be charged if cancelled after 5pm 7 days prior, and 100% if cancelled after 5pm 5 days prior.

However, on Fridays, the day before public holidays, and in December, January, and March, for reservations of 10 or more people, 50% of the number of people x course fee will be charged if made after 5pm 7 days prior, and 100% if made after 5pm 3 days prior.
